The Board of Directors has developed this website for its guests and members. The website requires registration to access the Members Only section because the association would like to keep neighborhood communications strictly within our community to protect everyone's privacy. Click "Register" in the upper left corner to create an account in order to access the entire website. The POA Property Manager will review your information and approve your registration.
If you have any problems registering, please use the Contact Us form to request help.
The Members Only section of the Website has links to numerous types of information of potential interest to community members - see the menu on the left. Most importantly, this site is meant to be dynamic, interactive and informative.

Board of Directors Meeting |
Regular monthly meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month
The October, 2024 Board Meeting will be held on Monday, October 28th. Regular Board Meetings are held at the RPPOA Clubhouse (4601 River Pointe Drive).
Executive Session begins at 6:00, and is when the Board reviews violations, delinquencies, and other matters concerning private information regarding various Members. Residents are NOT able to attend this portion of the Meeting and NO BUSINESS is conducted, by law.
Open Session begins around 7:00 and is when the Board conducts the business of the Association. All residents are invited and encouraged to attend the Open session portion of every Meeting.
There is also time set aside at each Meeting for an Owner Forum, during which anyone can address the Board directly with any question/comment/complaint/concern.

New RPOA Rules and Regulations
The RPOA Rules and Regulations, included in earlier homeowner packets and dated in the 1990's have been updated and simplified. The new Rules and Regulations can be found in the Governing Documents section of the website.

Automatic Payment through the Association |
Effective immediately, Automatic Clearinghouse (ACH) payments can be set up with the Association through United Property Associates at no charge. No charge to set up and no charge per payment. This is similar to the online bill-pay many banks offer, except it's through the Association, so you don't need to worry about whether you've set it up for the correct date or the right amount.
On the second (2nd) of each payment month, the Association will debit your bank account for the quarterly dues. If there should be some system error, you will not be charged a late fee. If the dues change (either higher or lower) you won't need to make any adjustment--the ACH will update automatically. So long as the funds are available in your account, any issues or problems will be the responsibility of the Association and no additional fees or charges will apply.
